This site is operated by HUIS LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States. By using the site, you agree to what's on this page. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a price quote, or a commitment to buy, and using the site or sending us an inquiry does not create a contract or a business relationship of any kind. Any commercial relationship with HUIS begins only with a written agreement signed by someone authorized to sign for us.

We work to keep the site accurate, but the information here is general and may be incomplete or out of date. Our categories, capabilities, and business details can change without notice. Please don't treat anything on this site as a statement of current capacity, inventory, or availability.

Please don't send confidential or proprietary information through this website. Unless we've signed a confidentiality agreement with you first, anything you send is treated as non-confidential. We'll use it to evaluate and answer your inquiry, as described in the privacy section below.

Sending an inquiry doesn't obligate us to reply or to enter into discussions, and it doesn't obligate you to anything either.

4. Our content, and other companies' brands

The HUIS name, logo, seal, text, images, and design on this site belong to HUIS LLC. You're welcome to view, download, and print pages for your own business evaluation. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Any brand names, product names, or trademarks mentioned here belong to their owners. Mentioning a brand or a category does not mean we are endorsed by, affiliated with, or an authorized dealer for anyone — unless we've said so in writing.

5. Please don't

Use the site unlawfully, try to break into it, upload anything harmful, scrape it with automated tools, submit false information, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. We can restrict access if you do.

6. What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in the inquiry form or email or call us, we collect what you choose to give: your name, company, business email, phone, company website, country, type of company, product category, and whatever you write in the message fields.

What the server records. Our web host keeps standard log data for security — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the time of your visit.

7. What we don't do

No analytics or tracking. This site doesn't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or anything similar. We don't build visitor profiles and we don't follow you to other websites.

No marketing. Sending us an inquiry does not put you on a mailing list. We won't send newsletters or promotions, and we won't contact you about anything except the matter you raised.

No selling. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for advertising.

8. Why we use it, and who sees it

We use what you send us to read and answer your inquiry, to communicate about a possible or existing business relationship, to keep records of that correspondence, to protect the site from abuse, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your information is seen by our team and by the service providers who help us operate — our website host, our email provider, the service that delivers form submissions, and our accountants where a commercial relationship is involved. They may use it only for the work they do for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

This site uses essential cookies only — the ones needed for pages to load properly and for form submissions to stay secure. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies.
